Randy considers himself to be an all around trainer. He has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas as well as certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Randy has trained a wide variety of clients ranging from professional athletes to amateur athletes. From stay at home moms to business executives. Whatever your goal is Randy will design a fun and challenging program to reach what may seem to be an unreachable goal.

  

  

Marc Zalmanoff has been working in the fitness industry for over five years.  He graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.S. in Kinesiology.  He has been certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and the Cooper Institute as a Physical Fitness Specialist.  Marc prides himself on creating a unique and dynamic workout for each and every client that will push them to their limits.  Whether you want to lose a few pounds or 100lbs, fit into that dress again, lose that gut, or you just enjoy the challenge of pushing the human body to its fullest, Marc will design a program that is most effective for your individual needs.

Alice was a collegiate Track & Field athlete and ran for the University of Arkansas.  She went on to pursue other career interests and then decided that the fitness industry was the best fit for her passion and drive.  She currently holds a certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  In her spare time she competes in National Fitness Modeling competions in hopes of broadening her knowledge of the industry.  If you have reservations about training, and are unsure of how to get started, Alice can guide you on your new path to health and wellness.

Roy has been in the Fitness & Sports Performance field for over 20 years.  After his football career he trained with and coached some of the top U.S. & Canadian athletes.  Available to help enhance athletic ability, strength, speed, agility, conditioning, flexibility and motor coordination in any sport to propel athletes, weekend warriors and everyone in between to a higher level of athletic performance.  Degreed from the Univ. of Texas.
