From the student athlete to the pro athlete, and all the weekend warriors in between, StaYoung Fitness provides you with the tools to enhance your performance. We offer programs to improve strength, power, endurance, speed and agility. Let us know your needs and we will provide the best program to accomplish your goals. Initial evaluations ensure that athletes are placed in the proper program to maximize results.
Our Sports Performance program offers 3 options to custom fit your athletic goals.
*Strength and Conditioning- This portion focuses on weight training, cardio conditioning, and core work. There are 3 options available: Option 1- 8 weeks, 2X a week / Option 2- 12 weeks, 2X a week / Option 3- 12 weeks, 3X a week
*Speed and Agility- This portion focuses on speed, agility, quickness, and explosiveness using plyometrics. There are 2 options available: Option 1- 8 weeks, 2X a week / Option 2- 12 weeks, 2X a week /
*Total Package- This portion combines the Strength and Conditioning portion with the Speed and Agility portion. There are 2 options available: Option 1- 8 weeks, 3X week Option 2- 12 weeks, 3X week
Sessions will be offered throughout the day and are approximately 90 minutes long. Options to increase number of sessions per week are available. Discounts offered for teams. Call for details.

StaYoung Boot Camp This energetic program encompasses all aspects of the fitness realm: weight loss, body composition, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. In this exciting group setting, you will be pushed to your individual limits, with the goal of always getting you to your next fitness level.
Monthly assessments will track your progress. This class is available 5 days a week, M-F for one hour at either 5:30 am/pm.
StaYoung Personal Training (Individual or small groups): This consists of private fitness or performance training to fit the individuals’ needs. *For more information and costs, please call or stop in for a personal fitness assessment to determine what best fits your overall goals and lifestyle.
StaYoung Kickboxing
“Get Ready To Rumble!!!” In this small group setting, you will learn the fundamental skills of kickboxing, relieve your daily stress, and get a phenomenal workout. Using punching bags, boxing gloves, focus mitts, and kick pads, you will experience a workout like none other. This class has 1 or 2 day per week options, and times are determined by clientele need.
The class is one hour, and a 4 participant minimum is required.
Equipment Needed: Boxing gloves– men 14-16 oz, women 12 oz and focus mitts you can share with a partner. |
