Are you tired of doing hours and hours of exercise each week and not seeing the results you deserve? Well the answer is probably in the food choices you are making. Most of us don't know how to read food labels or can't prepare the healthy foods we should be eating. Here at StaYoung Fitness we will take care of that. We work along side nutritionist and other health professionals so that we can prepare well balanced and great tasting foods to fit your busy schedules. All of our food is freshly prepared by Kathy Young. She will prep and deliver your food to you on a weekly basis. She also does Catering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner occasions. Breakfast
egg white breakfast burrito
-spinach, mushroom and carmalized onion with swiss cheese
-turkey sausage with cheddar cheese
-lean ham
all burritos are served on whole wheat wrap and with homemade salsa
whole grain muffins (banana nut or lemon blueberry)
Seasonal fruit cups with low fat cottage cheese
Oatmeal pancakes with cinnamon apple syrup
Spinach and bacon frittata
Lunch
Turkey chili with lite sour cream and cheese (optional) served with a green side salad and corn muffin
Hearty turkey bean stoup served with a side salad
(beans, green beans, corn,peas and pasta in a rich thick tomato based sauce)
Asian grilled chicken lettuce wraps with a soy ginger dressing
Grilled chicken and honey mustard wrap served in a whole grain wrap with side of seasonal fruit
Japanese style char-broiled chicken with asian salad (rice noodles, cucumbers, carrots, red peppers, cilantro in a thai sauce)
Ham and turkey sub ( served on a wheat roll with lettuce,tomato, sprouts and cucumber slices and provolone cheese and lite mayo on the side)
Southwestern fajiata chicken salad
Grilled shrimp and avocado salad
Cobb salad
Dinner
Turkey and spinach lasagna
Roasted chicken breast with roasted sweet and red potatoes and green beans
pan seared salmon with garlic roasted asparagus and new potatoes
Roasted pork loin with smashed potatoes and garlic mushrooms and snap peas
Charbroiled shrimp with pasta and spinach in a lite cream sauce
Charbroiled perch or sole with broccoli and basmati rice
Chicken parmagiana
Spagetti with meat sauce
Beef stew with potatoes, carrots, green beans and onion in a beefy sauce
These are just some ideas. If you have a preference for a particular foods or don't like something, I can make some adjustments. All orders can be placed by email or phone. All orders will be delivered to StaYoung Fitness on Mondays and Thursdays. If you need delivery service please call and we can arrange this service for an additional fee. We need about 3 days notice on orders. If you do just lunch or dinner they are $15 a piece. Lunch and Dinner is $25 daily and Breakfast is an additional $3 to $5 depending on the order.
We also carry an after work out protein filled recovery cookie and a protein brownie. The price is $2.50 a peice or $2 each for a dozen.
I can also make any dessert you like and lighten it up so you will have all the taste and none of the guilt. (if you need something sweet at the end of the day.)
